In the modern era, Hermit Corporation operates across the Suvaran Continent, specializing in anomaly detection, exploration, relic recovery, Pattern Technology research, and Hermit training.

To the general public, the organization is known as a major corporation involved in technology, energy, research, and security.

Eye Rank System
Before entering the official system, applicants remain in the status of:
Trainee
- No Eye Rank assigned
- No personal Hermit Glove issued
- Under training and evaluation
After passing evaluation, personnel receive an official uniform, a Hermit Glove, and an Eye Rank.

Eye Rank serves as both a certification of capability and a command structure within the organization.
